Exchanges Only
Our hope is simple, that every order delights you.
Should an item arrive damaged in transit, or if it remains unused and simply not quite right, we are pleased to offer an exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange for the same item, or a comparable piece of equal value. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. At this time, we do not offer refunds.
If your order arrives damaged, kindly email info@souluxecandles.com with a clear photograph of the item. Once reviewed, we will confirm and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
For exchanges not related to shipping damage, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable.
A Gentle Reminder
Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent directly to your inbox. If it does not appear, a quick glance at your spam folder usually solves the mystery. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure, or that someone is available to receive the package.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. In such cases, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

For items valued over $100, we strongly suggest using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Returned or exchanged items lost or damaged in transit cannot be our responsibility.
